New Business Manager is a brand-new position in our sales team designed not only to be the first point of contact for potential clients but also to guide them through the entire process – from the first conversation, through the demo, all the way to signing the contract. As a New Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for actively acquiring small and medium-sized eCommerce shops that can benefit from edrone – from the very first contact to closing the deal. At the same time, you’ll have the opportunity to co-create this role and shape its daily workflow, tools, and ways of working.

- Work in our modern KrakĂłw office (Lekarska 1) with the option of hybrid work after a 3-month onboarding period.
- Compensation: a base salary of 11,300 PLN gross on an employment contract (UoP) or equivalent on B2B, plus monthly commissions based on closed deals (average earnings are 10-12k, with no upper limit).

What your typical day will look like:
- Actively acquiring small and medium eCommerce shops through various channels, running the full sales process – from first contact, through needs analysis and product presentation, to final closing.
- Daily work in HubSpot – reporting results, managing opportunities, and planning next actions.
- Constantly improving your client acquisition methods – testing new approaches, building your own network, and analyzing the effectiveness of your actions.
- Building and developing your sales pipeline.
How we’ll onboard you step by step:
- First 2 weeks: intensive onboarding – learning about our product, sales process, tools, and organizational culture.
- 30 days: fully operational in the role, achieving your first sales target.
- 60–90 days: focusing on delivering increasingly ambitious goals – aligned with a growing target and the expectations of full independence in the role.
This role will be a perfect fit if:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales – ideally with some exposure to eCommerce.
- Hitting targets is your standard: you can prove your results and you always work with outcomes in mind.
- You have a natural drive and a challenger mindset – for yourself and in conversations with clients.
- You’re quick and decisive: you learn best through action and like to implement lessons immediately.
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment – you take ownership and focus on solving problems.
- You have English skills at a minimum B1+ level.
